2003<\/a>
\nRed Team wins by a nose. The conditions were tough both days, however, the golf proceeded. Blue led 7-5 after
\nthe first day. The Red team came out strong the next day and were able to hold off a late push by the Blue team.<\/p>\n

2004<\/a>
\nMiserable weather conditions again.\u00a0 The
\nred team gave blue no hope any time in the matches.\u00a0 The blue team was
\nflustered and demanded revenge the next year<\/p>\n

2005<\/a>
\nRyder Cup looked to be called off Friday
\nmorning.\u00a0 However, we found two great days at Wild Oak in Mitchell,
\nSD.\u00a0 It was the tightest Ryder Cup in history with the Blue Team getting
\nthe upper hand in singles.<\/p>\n

2006<\/a>
\nThe score is tied 4-4.\u00a0 Who will get the
\nbragging rights.\u00a0\u00a0 Well, the Blue team gain the bragging rights.
\nIt was a beautiful day on Friday,\u00a0 probably the best temperature day we
\nhave ever had.\u00a0 Saturday turned windy and the blue team prevailed in the
\nsingles matches.<\/p>\n

2007<\/a>
\nThe series is once again deadlocked.\u00a0 A warm, breezy day in Salem made
\nplaying tough.\u00a0 The Ryder cup was held in one day with 36 holes being
\nplayed.\u00a0 The red team went wire to wire for the victory.<\/p>\n

2008<\/a>
\nRed team comes out on top.\u00a0 Friday brought\u00a0bad news with Pete Wilson showing up with a boot on his ankle and a sore\u00a0hand.\u00a0 Friday was cold and windy with winds as high as 35 mph. Red\u00a0led throughout and with the victory takes a 6-5 lead overall<\/p>\n

2009<\/a>
\nWho will win this year?\u00a0 Well, the blue team wins by a nose.\u00a0 It was
\nthe most exciting Ryder Cup in recent memory.\u00a0 The infamous hazard ruling
\nand Clayton Kern’s 12 footer couldn’t pull the red team through.\u00a0 The blue
\nteam literally slaughtered the red team in singles to regain the cup.\u00a0 The
\nweather cooperated with two nice days at the MCC and one heck of a party at the
\nFox Lounge.<\/p>\n

2010<\/a>
\nBlue started out with the lead after one round of play, but that was the last
\ntime Captain Ron Heumiller was in front.\u00a0 Red tied it up after round 2 and
\ndominated the next two formats.\u00a0 Blue has faired well in singles so the red
\nteam knew they had to play well even with a big lead heading into the final
\nformat.\u00a0 Red team wins 28 1\/2 to 19 1\/2<\/p>\n

2011
\n<\/a>Red started ‘Red Hot’, but the blue team came\u00a0charging back to take the lead after 3 rounds.\u00a0 It was all tied going into\u00a0the singles matches with great drama down the stretch, but the Red team took 9.5\u00a0of the single matches to retain the prestigious RYDER CUP.<\/p>\n

2012<\/a><\/p>\n

The 2012 Ryder Cup brought frustration and depression for the blue team with another Red Team victory. \u00a0The weather was fair during golf play but turned downright nasty during the post party at the Fox Lounge. \u00a0According to Party Director Reenie Feterl, severe thunderstorms and tornados were in the area and evacuation from the Fox Lounge was necessary. \u00a0The blue team hopes to regroup next year with a new young leader in Drew Peterson, but Vince Weber will try and use the Red Machine once again to regain the cup.<\/p>\n

2013<\/a><\/p>\n

Hard for me to write for this year since I had to miss Ryder Cup. \u00a0I will say it was one of the toughest things to do in my life, but the Ryder Cup had another great year. \u00a0The blue team came up on the short end of the stick, but will do everything in its power to regain the cup. \u00a0The group performed a popular dance that will be remembered for a lifetime.<\/p>\n

2014<\/a><\/p>\n

Ryder Cup extended its current field from 16 to 18 on each team. \u00a0Rob Grady took the extra two players and led the blue team to victory. \u00a0It was a long time coming for team blue and finally snapped the red team winning streak. \u00a0Once again it was tied going into singles, but with a motivating speech from Captain Rob, the blue team dominated the singles and won 29-25.<\/p>\n
